He is survived by: his wife Rosetta; his grandchildren, Teresa (Mike Pasqualito), Rosemary, Cosimo Commisso, Victoria Commisso, Sofia and Alessia Inacio; and his sisters, Anna (late Giuseppe Valentino) and Rosetta (late Luciano).

If desired, donations in memory of Cosimo may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
