Doreen left this world on July 18, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Ashton and Cornelius Ashton; and her sister Joyce Laakso. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill"; her children, Sharon (Pat MacDonald), Bruce (Laurie), Donald (Lyn) and Doreen; her grandchildren, Graham (Genevieve), Madison (Michael), Lacey (Sean), Melanie (Chas), Parker (Ciara), Victoria (Mat) and Owen; her great grandchildren, Lennox, Weston, Presley and Ashton; and her sister Ellie Rees.
