Francesco Giorgi Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francesco Giorgi (Vaughan, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 27, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppina Giorgi and Pietro Giorgi. He is survived by: his wife Assunta; his children, Nicola (Dina), Peter (Elizabeth Doherty) and Stella (Mario Cappadocia); his grandsons, Nicholas, Spencer, Julian and Matteo; and his siblings, Carlo (Carmela) and Giovanna (Joe DelBrocco).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home ~ Woodbridge Chapel (7776 Kipling Ave, Woodbridge, ON L4L1Z2). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Church (8500 Islington Ave, Woodbridge, ON L4L1X4). An entombment was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Glendale Cemetery.
