He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Sardellitti. He is survived by: his children, Angela (Fraser), Susie (James) and Frankie (Mary); his grandchildren, Madison (Nick), Mitchell, Kennedy, Chloe (Jonny), Cynthia, Christopher, Matthew, Andrew and Ava; his great grandchildren, Colton, Charlotte, Clarkson, Violetta and Otto; his brother John (Janine); his niece Stefanie (Andre); his nephew Robert (Marie); and his close friend Pat Patrick (Auntie Pat).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to North York General Hospital Foundation – Critical Care Unit, honouring the outstanding care Frank received during his final days.
