He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore and Giovanna. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his grandchildren, John Samuel (Teresa), Vincent (Sara), Jonathan, Alex, Bastien (Yolene), Camye, Justin (Alyssa) and Christian (Amanda); and his siblings, Catarina (late Luigi Mancini), Giancarlo (Lynda), Pietro (late Dorita) and Giuseppina (late Saverio Marra).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "woodbridge Chapel" (8101 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A6). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L3W4).
If so desired, donations in memory of Giovanni may be made to Hospice Vaughan.
