Giuseppe Villamagna Obituary
With broken hearts, our family announces the passing of Joe Villamagna on July 31, 2023, at the age of 62. Predeceased by his father, Francesco, Joe leaves behind his devoted wife, Christa, his mother, Maria Nicola, and sisters Zina (Oliver) and Mary Stella (Fred). "Uncle Joe" will never be forgotten and forever missed by his nephews Michael and Brian. Joe was loved by Christa's family—son Kristopher and wife, Melissa, and their two adorable children Krista and Michael. He will be missed by in-laws Karl and Sue, Angelica and Harvey, Deitter, and Peter (predeceased), along with their children, Sam (Jake), Lisa, Jeffrey, Hayden, Joshua, and Ketura. Joe faced his final days with courage, strength and humour. He delighted in the visits from family and friends who took time to stop by, reminisce and offer support. We are so grateful to the staff and volunteers of Hospice Vaughan for their kindness, empathy, and professionalism during his final weeks. Visitation will be held on Thursday August 3, 2023 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Scott Funeral Home - Woodbridge Chapel (7776 Kipling Avenue, Woodbridge).
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday August 4, 2023 at 9:30 am at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church (100 Bainbridge Avenue, Woodbridge).
