She was predeceased by: her spouse Gustav; her brother Gustav; and her brother-in-law Manfred. She is survived by: her children, Eric (Jenny), Peter (Valerie), Ed (Audrey) and Elaine; her grandchildren, Megan (Sean), Jennifer (Leon), Scott, Tim (Lorraine), Tessa (David), Andrew (Peggy), Zach, Kathryn and Alexa; her great grandchildren, William, Maggie, Ella and Claire; her sisters, Agnes (Melvin) and Inge; and her sister-in-law Lydia. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews.
