John Reeder Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to John Reeder (Vaughan, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his children, Lindsey (Andrew) and Allen (Laura); his grandchildren, Carolyn and Ben; his sisters, Deborah (John) and Elizabeth (Stuart); and his sister-in-law Natalie (Steve). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home ~ Woodbridge Chapel (7776 Kipling Ave, Woodbridge, ON L4L1Z2). From Europe and Australia to the USA and across Canada, they embraced the journey until the COVID pandemic prompted them to settle in Vaughan, right next to their favorite amusement park — where John continued riding roller coasters up until just three days before his passing.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Canadian Blood Services — either by monetary gift or by donating blood.
