Lucia Carvalho Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2025, at the age of 77, Lucia Carvalho (Vaughan, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jose and Antonio; and her parents, Nicolau Moreira and Livramento Moreira. She is survived by: her husband João; her children, Victor (Jill), Paul (Lola) and Liz (Carlos); and her grandchildren, Isabella, Jaylen, Marcus, Cayden and Brooklyn.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "woodbridge Chapel" (8101 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A6). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church (300 Ansley Grove Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L3W4).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lucia may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
