Michelina De Filippis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2025, at the age of 83, Michelina De Filippis (Vaughan, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale and Laura; and her grandmother Michelina. She is survived by: her husband Domenico; her children, Gerry (Lucy), Laura and Valentina; her grandchildren, Nicole, Samantha, Melissa and Matthew; and her sisters, Carmela (Franco) and Nicolina (Mario).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. David's Roman Catholic Church (2601 Major MacKenzie Dr., Maple, ON L6A1C6).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Michelina to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Diabetes Foundation.
