Reuben Cipin Q.C. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reuben Cipin Q. C. (Vaughan, Ontario), born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 3, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Reuben was predeceased by his wife Donna Z"L. He is survived by his wife Sharyn and his children - Jeff and Aviva, Jacqui, Caralyn, Marla and Aubrey Dan, and Jennifer and Greg Tugg, his grandchildren Dina, Elana, Alyse, Danya, Myles, and Yona, and his sister-in-law Roz. He will be fondly remembered by Sharyn's children and grandchildren and his numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins spanning several generations. Reuben was born and raised in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia with his three brothers and sister. He had a long and successful law career in Edmonton, Alberta where he and Donna raised their family. Reuben served on the Board of the Talmud Torah and was President of Beth Shalom Synagogue in Edmonton. The family would like to thank the numerous PSWs, nurses, doctors and nurse practitioners who assisted him so compassionately throughout the final year of his journey. Their care made a difference.
