Ross Abate Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ross Abate (Vaughan, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ross left this world on June 4, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Abate and Paola Abate; and his sisters, Antonietta and Sarina. He is survived by: his significant other Lee (Libera); and his brothers-in-law, Gabriele (late Nazzarena) and Joseph (Maria). He is also survived by nephews, as well as special friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vescio Funeral Home "woodbridge Chapel" (8101 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A6). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Padre Pio Parish (5500 Major MacKenzie Dr., Kleinburg, ON L0J1C0).
