He is survived by: his significant other Anna; his daughter Victoria (Kassee); his grandson Brody; his great-grandparent Victoria; his son Hendrik Jr. (Meagan); the mother of his children Kelly (Barry); his brother Andrew (Karen); and his nieces, Kristen (Chris) and Elin (Ray). He is also survived by extended family members; and friends.
