He is survived by: his spouse Dr. Klère Bourgault; his siblings, Christine Leach Kelly (Chip Kelly), Jim (Marie) and Pierre (Michelle); his sister-in-law Denyse Bourgault; his aunts, Angèle Forest and Colette Faubert; and his nephew Mike Dionne (Corinne).

Donations to the Alzheimer's Society and Addictions Research would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
