She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo "Buck" Baskey and Irene Baskey; and her stepfather Frank "Bud" Eveland. She is survived by: her son Leo Baskey-Howard (Alyssa); her grandson Nash; her brothers, Ken Baskey (Galea) and Rick Baskey (Deb); and her former husband Robin Howard. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces, nephews.
She was a passionate advocate for organ and tissue donation and lived her life with profound gratitude for the decades she was given. Her life stands as a testament to the difference organ donation can make, and her family encourages others to consider registering as organ and tissue donors in her memory.
