John touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While John’s presence will be missed, the influence he had on others will remain. Those who knew him will carry forward memories that reflect his character and spirit.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Hordyk and Nelly Hordyk; and his grandson Dan Hordyk. He is survived by: his wife Tina Hordyk (Bylsma); and his children, Len (Helen Hordyk), Ron (Cindy Hordyk), John (Wilma Hordyk), Lorraine (Steve Broer) and David (Marianne Hordyk). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 34 great‑grandchildren.
