She was predeceased by : her nephew Liam. She is survived by : her sons, Ethan and Trevor; her parents, Richard Kozarichuk and Bonnie Kozarichuk; her sisters, Cinnamin Johnstone (Jeff) and Jodie Boverhof (Jeff); her nieces and nephews, Taylor, Autumn and Mya; and her pet Suki.
