He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Penner and Alice Penner; and his sister Esther (late Jake Schmidt). He is survived by: his former wife Dianne; his children, Kelly and Edward (Alicia); his sibling's children, Ron Schmidt (Joanne), Lori Golding (Dave), Patti Morrison (Doug) and Susan Neilson (Craig); and his friends, Tammy (late Rodney) and Heather.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tallman Funeral Homes (3277 King St, Vineland, ON L0R2C0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Vineland Cemetery (4025 Martin Rd, Vineland, ON L0R2C0). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tallman Funeral Homes - Fireside Room (3277 King St, Vineland, ON L0R2C0).
