He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Mikolich and Frank Mikolich. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Donald Mikolich (Sarah) and Deanna Hammel (David); and his grandchildren, James, Adam Mikolich and Sophie Hammel.
