He was predeceased by : his parents, George P. Takach and Ethel Takach. He is survived by : his wife Janette; his sons, Geoffrey, Jason, George and Jan; his granddaughter Anya Honour (Sharon Hollender); his sister Carol Ann; his sibling-in-law Alf Smith; his sons, Adam and Eric; his children-in-law, Alanna and Shannon; his great-nephews, Austin and Jackson; his sibling-in-law Robin McMillan; and his children, Rory, Faith and Holly.
