With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Postma (Vineland, Ontario), who passed away on December 12, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hank. She is survived by: her children, Ted (Heidi Postma), Garry (Marietta Postma), Jackie (Gerry De Jong) and Rick (Diane Postma). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and forty-six great grandchildren.
