He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Ava; his brother Karel; and his parents, Hendrik Terlouw and Hilligje Terlouw. He is survived by: his wife Mia (Baart); his children, Cisca (Erik), Matthew (Cornelia) and Alex (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Tim, Lucas, Fleur, Ryan, Erik, Justin, Ethan, Levi, Payton, Sophia and Suri; and his siblings, Fritz (Emmy), Hilly and Henk (Joke).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Vineland Free Reformed Church (3685 King St, Vineland, ON L0R2C0). A burial was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Vineland Cemetery (4025 Martin Rd, Vineland, ON L0R2C0). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Vineland Free Reformed Church (3685 King St, Vineland, ON L0R2C0).
