She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Konkle (Betty) and Alice Eileen Ford (George); and her brother Jim Konkle. She is survived by: her spouse Charlie Juhlke; her children, Kelly, Rob Travis, Bob and Jennifer Juhlke; her grandchildren, Caleb, Carlee Travis, Devin, Katelynne Travis, Emily, Andrew Lowe and Abby Juhlke (Kyle); and her sisters, Janice Matchett and Marion Bielefeld. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
