She was predeceased by: her husband Sandy Kozar; and her sister Dawn. She is survived by: her children, Kristen Reintjes (Dennis) and Justin; her grandchildren, Caitlin (Zachary), Connor (Paola), Jordan and Jillian; and her brother Gary Mongeri (Donna).
