She was predeceased by: her husband Doug; and her parents, Jean Krochak and Mike Krochak. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Roberts (Ian) and Amanda Martineau (Josh); her grandchildren, Oceanna, Amber Lee, Lexis, Chassi, Porsha and Austin; and her brother Rich Krochak (Donna).
The family would ask that in lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to, would make a donation in Kathy's name to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.
