He is survived by: his children, Ed (Kim), Wilf (Judy) and Monika (Mel); his significant other Kaethe Janz; his grandchildren, Josh (Becky), Katelyn, Breanne (Nico), Aaron (Mary), Sam, Rachel and Tim (Amanda); and his siblings, Katja, Frieda, Hans, Hilda and Liese (Jake). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
