He is survived by : his wife Elly; his children, Annette (Ed Alblas), Kristina (Steve), Koornneef, Edward (Janet VanderMolen) and Tracey (Mike Frena); his grandchildren, Tim, Megan, Nathan, Anastasiya, Mariah, Dylan, Scott, Kirsten, Miranda, Ewen, Craig, Kim, Danielle, Dustin, Ryan, Corey, Chelsea, Rob, Michael, Rachel and Josh; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Layla, Wyatt, Emmitt and Jackson.
