Alfred Kieffer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alfred Kieffer of Walkerton, Ontario, who passed away on December 31, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kieffer and Gertrude Kieffer; his daughters, Kelly-Ann and Mary-Ann; his siblings, Bernice Kuiack (Sylvester), Agnes, Harley and Jerome; his siblings-in-law, Albert Kuntz, J. J. Donnelly, Geraldine Kieffer and Sandra Kieffer; his niece Joan Kuiack; his nephew Dan Kieffer; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Hannah Donnelly.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Kevin Kieffer (Cheryl) of Mount Forest, Kathy Young (Mike) of Walkerton, Karen Kieffer of Kincardine, Donna McLevey (Jim) of Mississauga and Sarah Richard (Henry) of Mississauga; his grandchildren, Jake, Evan (Emma), Alex, Katrina (Dan), Ryan, Stephanie, Aidan, Matthew and Katie; his siblings, Len Kieffer (Jean) of Mildmay, Gert Kuntz of Waterloo, Gerry Goetz (Bruce) of Kitchener, Marg Bross (Jim) of Cambridge, Lorne Kieffer (Irene) of Mildmay, Bill Kieffer of Kitchener and Clarence (Cathy) of Walkerton; his sister-in-law Dorothy Culliford of Waterloo; and his parents-in-law, Maurice Donnelly (Betty) of Walkerton, Dan Donnelly (Marilyn) of Pinkerton and Marg Donnelly (Ken Steffler) of Pinkerton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce, the Rockwood Terrace - Activation Program or the Saugeen Hospice Inc. would be appreciated by the family.
