She was predeceased by : her parents, Dmytro Kowalchuk and Katherine Kowalchuk; her husband Bob; her son Ken; and her brother Stan.

She is survived by : her son Richard; her daughter-in-law Diane; her grandchildren, Kevin (Kelly) and Lesley (Paul); and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Miles, Ozzie, Willow and Van.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Wiarton Hospital Auxiliary or Brucelea Haven Activation Fund are encouraged by the family.
