He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald, Harvey, Clifford, Violet, Helen and Sheila; his brother-in-law Alan Zimmer; and his parents, Samuel Stanley and Annie Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Michael of Toronto and Theresa (Phil Hodgkinson) of Bracebridge; his sister Shirley Zimmer of Walkerton; and his siblings-in-law, Merle Tessier of Watford, Barry Tessier of Windsor and Judy Stanley of Walkerton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
