He was predeceased by: his daughter Jasmine. He is survived by: his children, Tyler, Jordan and Colton; his parents, Brian Rutledge and Marlene Rutledge of Brussels; and his siblings, Marty (Katherine) and Bobbi-Jo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
A reception will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chepstow Lions Park.
