We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Doug Goetz in Walkerton, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Doug may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Doug touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty"; and his parents, George and Violet. He is survived by: his children, Brian Goetz (Judy), Kim Gingerich (Keith) and Wayne Goetz (Pauline); his siblings, Dick (Patsy), Carole Gordon (late Bruce), Audrey Bishop (late Fred) and Jake (Judy); and his caregiver Walkerton Hospitals. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
