It is with sadness that the passing of Gordon Kastner (Walkerton, Ontario) is shared. Gordon, born on March 23, 1933, passed away on July 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Gordon will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Gordon by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Gordon is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Gordon’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kastner and Emma Kastner (Knoll). He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Borgford; his grandchildren, Alesha Forsyth (Chris), Courtney Chowaniec (Sean) and Dana Borgford (Lorne); and his wife Helen. He is also survived by his extended family, many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Saugeen Hospice, Walkerton, would be appreciated by the family.
