She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Michelle Self (Kevin Mason) and Tim Self (Ashely); her grandchildren, Josh (Sarah), Emily, Shae-Lynn (Andy) and Keyanna; and her in-laws, Harry Self, David Self (Ione), Lloyd Self (Judy) and Clare Doerr.
