He is survived by: his children, Tammi Girdler (Andy) and Matt Hawkins (April); his grandchildren, Brett (Brittany), Natalie (Daniel), Ryan (Hannah), Adam (Michaela), Claudia (Keenan) and James; and his siblings, Dave, Tim (Janice), Pete (Patti) and Chris (Val). He is also survived by 2002 mom and dad.
