He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne; his parents, Keith Campbell and Kathleen Campbell; and his parents-in-law, Jim and Joan Anstett.

He is survived by: his children, Sara (Vanessa) of Guelph, Jeff of Walkerton, Justin (Jessica) of Walkerton, Paul (Sausha) of Guelph and Michael (Keelan) of Walkerton; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Alex, Scotlynn, Miles, Logan and Charlie; his siblings, Bonnie Rehkopf (Dave) of Mildmay, Keith Jr. (Margaret) of Mildmay, John (Julie) of Mildmay, Randy, Joan (Ed) of Walkerton, Terry (Debbie) of Hanover, Dan of Walkerton, Mike (Sandra) of Mildmay, Doug (Tracey) of Mildmay, Jim of Walkerton and Cathy Luinstra (Tim) of Kincardine; his siblings-in-law, Caroline Meyer (Mark) and Jamie Anstett (Kathy) of Walkerton; and his friend Joanne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
