He was predeceased by : his grandson Logan Droefke; his siblings, Horst (Hannelore), Ruth and Gertrude; his siblings-in-law, Dietmar Scholtes (Helena) and Hildegard Lindschinger; and his parents, Rudolf M. Droefke and Hedwig Droefke.
He is survived by : his spouse Waldtraut; his children, Ruth Weber (Harold), Rudolf M. (Sandy), Robert and Rosemarie; his grandchildren, Vincent (Alyssa), Erika (Ben), Bethany (Beau), Christian (Ashley), Adrianna (Matt) and Dietrich (Brooke); and his close friends, Logan and Samantha Gilbert.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Logan's Childrens Trust Fund (Droefke Children Trust Fund c/o Samantha Gilbert), Lung Association or Heart & Stroke Association would be appreciated by the family.
