It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tanya Hornjakov (Walkerton, Ontario), who passed away on September 19, 2022, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tanya Hornjakov to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her grandmother Catherine Dietrich; and her uncle Jimmy Dietrich. She is survived by : her children, J. D. Klerks (Julia), Aselynn Pinkney Hornjakov, Jacob Pinkney and Chevy Hafenbrack; her grandchild Audree; her parents, Elizabeth Hornjakov and Ziva Hornjakov of Spragge; her sister Tasha Ceaser (Jason); and her nieces and nephews, Austin and Quinn of Williamsford.
