He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McCormick and Violet McCormick (Heather); his child Lee Hooper; and his brother Gary Mulcahy. He is survived by: his wife Dale McCormick (McNeil); his child Shannon Brewer (Jeff); his grandchildren, Gryphyn, Graclyn, Zakahry, Ryenne, Steve, Jay, Brad, Brian and Jordan; and his great grandchildren, Tessa, Ava, Laikyn and Alec. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice would be much appreciated by the family.
