Danny John Bergsma Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Danny John Bergsma of Wallaceburg, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bergsma and Jenny Bergsma; his parents-in-law, Nin and Pearl Houston; his brother Roy Bergsma; and his brother-in-law Bill Houston.

He is survived by: his wife Kathie Bergsma (Houston); his children, Dennis, Wendy, Heather and Heidi; his siblings, Henry Bergsma (Kim), Barb Dawson (Don) and Hilda Tiffin (Carl); his siblings-in-law, Ken Houston and Shirley (late Danny); and his close friend Brenda Roffelsen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Chatham Kent Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
