He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jurasek and Georgina Jurasek (Vsetula); his wife Susan Jurasek; and his brother John Jurasek. He is survived by: his son Jay Jurasek (Laura) of Rodney; his grandson Ethan Camacho-Jurasek; and his siblings, Barb Greenaway (Bob), Ken Jurasek (Angie), Dave Jurasek (Kathy) and Carolyne Tarry (Doug).
