He is survived by : his mother Raymonde "Simone" Vandenbilcke; his wife Cathy Van Damme; his children, Christopher Jacobs (Aubrey), Amy Choi (Sam) and Andrew Jacobs; his stepchildren, Carolyn Van Damme (Glen Norton), Thomas Van Damme (Natasha) and Mark Van Damme (Mallory); his siblings, Brenda Cole (Alan) and Randy Jacobs (Rina); and his sister-in-law Marianne Mulders (Sam Girgis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
