He is survived by: his significant other Theresa Lewis; his children, Shawn Lewis, Rebecca Lewis, Trish (Sylvester Coley), Melissa (Jared Bond) and Mike (Jessica Lambert); and his grandchildren, Zach Acosta-Lambert and Lexi Riehl. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family members, and dear friends.
