Theodore Sterling Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore Sterling of Wallaceburg, Ontario, who passed away on February 21, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustin "Gus" Sterling and Rose Sterling (Belanger); and his siblings, Don Sterling, Jim Sterling and Ruth LaMarsh-Day.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Sterling (Lori) and Dwayne Sterling; his grandchild Shayla Robertson (Cory); and his in-laws, Marjorie Benedict (Don), Bonita Broad, Cheryl Sanderson (Bill), Joy Sterling, Lori Sterling and Kenny Day. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. (639 Elgin St, Wallaceburg, ON N8A3C6).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ted's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and may be left at the funeral home.
