He was predeceased by: his siblings, Henry, George, Thelma, Wilford, Cliford, Dorthey, Bertha, Reta, Edward Gordon Rilley, Violet May Rilley, Lloyd Rilley, Rosei Rilley, Pearl Rilley and William Rilley.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Edward Boughner and William Lloyd Boughner; his stepchild Shelly Ann Boughner (Duby); and his grandsons, Brandon Boughner and Gavin Duby.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
