She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Hackwell; her parents, Lorne Hulley and Mabel Hulley; her siblings, Eldon, Ken, Maxine and Donald; and her in-laws, Elliott Hackwell, Merton, Doreen Hackwell, Wayne and Claire Henry (Hackwell).

She is survived by: her children, Dean Hackwell, Pamela Hackwell and Patricia "Trish" Hackwell; her grandson Sebastian Andrades; and her sister-in-law Betty Hulley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to Huronlea Home For The Aged in Brussels in memory of Audrey would be appreciated by the family.
