We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2025, at the age of 83, Thys Bauke Dejong of Walton, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan and Akiena (Zondag). He is survived by: his significant other Betty Jean (BJ); his children, Wayne, Jackie Teixeira, Denise and Robert (Sherine Misener); his grandchildren, Thomas (Nicole Armstrong), Robert, Stephanie, Kira, Dylan and Paige; and his brothers, Bauke and Hendrik. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, and all his family.

Donations to Brussels Mennonite Fellowship or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
