It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn McVety (Warkworth, Ontario), who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Evelyn McVety to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband James Thomas McVety; her children, David Oakville (Linda), Murray Neselton (Margaret-Anne), Elizabeth Kellogg Hastings (late David), Robert Peterborough (Patricia), Carol Kerr Campbellford (Allan) and Brenda Orr Warkworth (James); her sister Irene Parker (Cobourg); her siblings-in-law, Jay, Muriel McVety (Baltimore) and Valeta McVety (Oshawa); and her parents, Verna Mae and Robertus Wilson. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made to the C. M. H, Trinity United Church, Warkworth Place or a charity of your choice.
