She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Stoltz; her parents, Karp Balasiuk and Luba Balasiuk; her brothers, Walt Balasiuk, Sam Balasiuk and Pete Balasiuk; and her children, Bernard and Jerry Stoltz.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Stoltz of Manitoulin Island, Judy Tremblett (Shawn) of Campbellford, Patti Sharpe of Lindsay, Cindy Rizzardo of Campbellford, Candy Cochrane of Cobourg, Terry Keefer (Wayne) of Quinte West, Peggy Regas (Jason) of Oshawa, Mark Stoltz of Missisauga and Tim Stoltz (Karla) of Frankford; and her siblings, Ruth Birch of Niagara, Mary Kimpel of St. Catharines, Vera Harden of St. Catharines and Ron Balasiuk of Niagara. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family.
