It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Harper (Warkworth, Ontario), who passed away on March 21, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her siblings, Elda and Aubrey; and her sister-in-law Addie. She is survived by : her husband Elmer; her children, Jean (Roy) of Peterborough, Graeme (Diana) of Cobourg, Alan (Carolynn) of Lindsay and Warren (Carol) of Belleville; her grandchildren, Kevin, Venessa, Robbie, Mikeal, Jonathon and Christopher; her brother Carmen; and her siblings-in-law, Ilene Down (late Clifford) and Clare Harper.

If desired, memorial donations made to the Arthritis Society, Kidney Foundation of Canada, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
